Chef Leon passion for cooking was discovered at an early age, during his humble beginnings in his native island of Jamaica. He develop a passion for the arts and found himself wanting to create food that his family will love, inspiring him to become a chef.
After moving to Canada with his parent, he was exposed to a wide range of different tastes and cuisines from various cultures, and his passion to explore the culinary arts began to grow.
With years of experience working in the restaurant industry, his passion led him to complete studies in Culinary Arts at Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning, where he developed techniques and has been honing his skills in Caribbean, Italian and International cuisines. With a passion for creating traditional flavours with a modern twist, he has established himself as an acclaimed chef in the city.
Known for his ability to fuse global flavours with foods his guests know and love, Chef Leon is the man behind the flavor of the well-renowned Heaven’s Kitchen Catering Company.
